Residential Heating and Air Conditioning has a long history as a top contractor serving Minneapolis, MN and St. Paul. Our company started in 1991—our founders Chriss Kallstrom and Dean Kolner started small but grew the company over 30 years into one of the established leaders in the Twin Cities Metro Area for home cooling and heating. We now have a roster of more than 100,000 customers and a team of 18 highly trained and friendly employees serving them. Many of our employees are 10-year veterans with the company, and several have been with us almost since we started. We think the happiness of our HVAC technicians helps them to pass on satisfaction to our customers.
