Worked with Jake Hruby for an annual AC and Furnace check. My AC is a few years old, while my furnace is 23 years old. Jake walked me through the wear and tear on my furnace and what to look out for in the coming months. He also suggested a tip to trim back some of the hedges near the AC unit to give it some more air flow. I also asked for a furnace replacement estimate so I can plan for that expense as it will be a near term expense to plan for. Jake was able yo deliver that estimate following the appointment. Jake was professional and answered my questions.

Dave was a great guy and easy to talk to. He really took the time to explain what was needed and why without being in the least bit pushy. Brett and Charlie were wonderful at the install. They really took their time and did the job very professionally and respectful of my property and myself while working at home. They were not expecting a mount upon arrival but very quickly figured out what was needed and completed the job. I am glad I chose Residential.
Ryan did a fabulous job and presented a range of alternatives for keeping our current AC unit going for as long as we can.

We were so impressed with the whole process of getting an estimate to making some changes to what we wanted to do, not moving the furnace and adding a whole house humidifier and smart thermostat, to the installation. I would recommend Residential Heating and Air Conditioning for any HVAC work you might need.
Overall, my experience with Residential Heating and Air Conditioning was great. Don started with proposing a solution, excellent service from Brett and Charlie who installed my new Furnace and AC and Mike did a final tune up. So, five stars and I would definitely recommend Residential Heating and Air Conditioning.

Our technician (Brett) and (Charlie) were very knowledgeable and thorough with our installation. I would highly recommend Residential Heating and Air. 1 year 0% financing. Was a great price. Don our sales consultant had many years experience. It wasn't about selling the best and most expensive for him. He went over our options for a new A/C unit. He gave us a straight up breakdown of how much we would save with each particular unit. He explained you might save a few hundred for a cheaper model, but you wouldn't get the backing of the warranty and support with a reputable company like Carrier. We are very happy with our experience with Residential Heating and Air.
