Quite happy with being able to have same-day service. Luke was very pleasant and professional. He kept me informed about progress and was able to replace the defective gas valve promptly. Fortunately, the furnace still had warranty coverage for the failed part. I'm concerned about the longevity of the valve as Luke shared that this particular make of valve has a history of frequent failure.

I bought a completely new AC and furnace from Residential Heating and Air Conditioning ten years ago now. I had them come out and take a look at the furnace. Kody found my igniter was in bad shape and I had a stuck valve. Got those replaced and I'm ready to go for the winter. It's great to have such knowledgeable and friendly people looking over something so important.
