Had the duct work and dryer vent cleaned at my our home. Service was outstanding. Worth the money!
I have never worked with a company that provided more support than Residential Heating & Air Conditioning. I have mold toxicity illness. The most important part of getting well is getting rid of the mold at the source. One place mold likes to grow is in the dust that collects inside the HVAC and ducts. In October 2025, I made several calls looking for someone to clean the inside of our HVAC. Residential Heating & Air Conditioning Inc. was the only company that said "Yes, we can do that!" They were very interested in learning about mold illness and what needed to be done to prevent it.
When Thomas came to the house to do the cleaning, we talked about the age of our current HVAC (25 years) and that he had to take the whole unit apart to get to the internal workings that needed to be cleaned. We decided to replace the HVAC system instead; Thomas prepared several HVAC options for us to consider.
In April 2026, we had a mold remediation company remove the mold in our house. Mold remediation uses special protocols to prevent contaminating the rest of the house as the mold is removed and the area cleaned. Once the mold was gone, Thomas and Hudson coordinated the HVAC installation with the remediators to assure the ducts and new system were kept clean. They spoke directly with the team manager several times to design the best system for someone with mold illness or allergies. They also opened all the joist panning in the house and sealed all the wooden joist ducts with sealant and metal to eliminate wood that mold can grow on before the system was installed.
The system they designed for us includes a Carrier heat pump with 2-stage furnace, compressor saver kit, drain saver, AC pan treatments, anti-allergen and anti-bacterial sanitizer with a UV bulb, surge protector, air exchanger with pre-filter that cleans all incoming air before it enters the HVAC, a whole home dehumidifier, HVAC duct coating to prevent mold and odors, duct cleaning, coating and sealing to reduce dust and contaminants from getting into the air. Now this home is ready for anyone with allergies or mold toxicity.
I cannot stress enough the amazing customer service we received from Thomas and Hudson, office staff (Topher) and the installation crew. They worked with our schedule, explained everything as they did it, and supported us as we navigated this huge project. They even gave me a shoulder to cry on, literally! I cannot recommend Residential Heating & Air Conditioning Inc. enough!
I'm thankful my parents used Residential Heating and Air for their AC and recommend them to me when my AC went out because I wouldn't of came across a company owned by genuine people! Chris came out and tried to fix the issue but I needed a replacement and also thankful for a cancelation they were able to get it in the following day! I'm horrible with remembering names but his wife D, was also very kind from the 1st phone call and called after hours because she was thinking about us and the young kids in the heat. The crew also working in the heat were respectful, non judgemental, knowledgeable and also can't thank them enough because it feels so nice in my house now! Great company all around and would recommend them to anyone in need.
I can't say enough great things about Residential Heating and Air. AC went out so I gave them a call. The sales guy came out, can't remember his name but he seemed like a good, honest guy, and he had a quote for me that day. Four days later and I have a new AC and Furnace. Brent and Charlie were fantastic and personable. (We chatted baseball and video games.) You don't know how poorly your AC is working until you have it replaced. Brent and Charlie left an hour ago and it's already cooled off. I'll recommend Residential Heating and Air to all my neighbors. (We live in an area where all the homes were built in the 1990s so I know many on my block who will need their services soon.)
Great experience! Brent and Charlie were prompt and communicative and very efficient! My duplex is over 100 years old and they installed a mini split and a central AC for the two units and did a great job! With houses this old you never know what you will find and they were great with explaining the options and making everything work well!
We called for a second opinion on an older AC unit. Will showed up and was very courteous, professional, and friendly. Talked through the potential problems with the system, ran some tests, and set our minds at ease for the time being. We will be calling Residential Heating and Air Conditioning when our AC finally kicks it.
What a great service call and check up for our HVAC unit! Jeremiah was excellent! Very knowledgeable, and very friendly and courteous. He reviewed some excellent recommendations for upgrades for our unit. I would highly recommend him.
We had Luke come out to our house to fix our AC/Heat Ductless unit, it was a large job & required him to come out a few times. He over communicated & was very helpful and professional during the entire process. I would absolutely recommend using them, don't waste your time searching for any other company.
