I was very satisfied with residential heating and air conditioning on the job that they did installing a new carrier furnace. This follows their installation of a carrier AC unit last summer. Both times the units installed worked well. The installation was prompt and fast. I worked with Mike Vaske and he was very good at explaining what I needed and appropriate for the Townhouse.
We had our annual maintenance done on our furnace and Linnea was our tech. She was so thorough and knowledgeable. She answered all of my questions and I had more than a few. They give you the best service without any bs or upselling. I was a single homeowner for several years and have had some nightmare service visits from other companies from plumbing to hvac. It's nice to have a local, family owned hvac company that I trust.
