I whole-heartily recommend Residential Heating and Air Conditioning. The HVAC Comfort/Sales Consultant (Timo Parra) listened to our goals, which included reducing the furnace noise in our family room and temperature variance upstairs. Timo was very thorough in his analysis and solution recommendation, which included a high-efficiency, multi stage/speed gas Furnace, AC condenser unit, plus a second air intake upstairs (where there was none) and ductwork down to the furnace in the garage. While there were some unexpected complications (to all of us) along the way, the entire team was outstanding in the way they handled the challenges. My wife and I are very happy with the end result.
In my opinion, Residential is just the right size of company. Small enough to provide great customer service, yet large enough to have a real business organization and leadership infrastructure that segments the important functions (sales/HVAC consultants, HVAC designers, service techs, job project coordinator/scheduler, accounting/billing, fabrication and possibly more). Best of all, all the people/departments work together seamlessly without pointing fingers when the unexpected happens. It's easy to provide great customer service when things go well but way more difficult when challenges occur. I can't say enough positive things about Residential in this area as well as response times (calling/emailing/texting) from the entire Residential team was exceptional during the entire job.
I'd like to recognize all the Residential employees I interacted with on a frequent and infrequent basis. All interactions were very positive and professional (and friendly). The plumbing and drywall subcontractors also had outstanding work quality and service.

They had a tremendous work ethic (job done well and efficiently) and positive attitude even when working in extreme heat! The team also kept my wife in the loop regarding job progress and cleaned up the work areas each day.

Chris came out on a Sunday to give me a quote and they had availability on Monday to install a furnace and ac. The guys were very nice and explained everything to me and were able to figure out why the pressure was so low.
Residential Heating and Air is a great company. Everyone I encountered was professional, kind and patient. They went above and beyond to come up with options for us to get a new furnace and AC. Dione is who I primarily was in contact with. I can't thank her enough for her help. This company is honest and put people first.
