Thomas K was excellent. He was a professional, explained what was wrong and what it was going to take to repair the issue. He kept me aware of his progress, didn't try to upsell me, looked at other parts of the furnace to make sure there was not going to be a future problem, estimated the work, and performed the needed repairs 12/10, would highly recommend.

I was very satisfied with residential heating and air conditioning on the job that they did installing a new carrier furnace. This follows their installation of a carrier AC unit last summer. Both times the units installed worked well. The installation was prompt and fast. I worked with Mike Vaske and he was very good at explaining what I needed and appropriate for the Townhouse.
