On 10/25/16 we had rotobrush duct clean service from Residential Heating & Air Conditioning Inc. Around 9:45 AM I received a phone call from the associate and informed me the team will be in my house in about 20-30 minutes. With appointment at 10 AM, this is an excellent information. Upon arrival, Grant and Autumn, quickly briefed what would be done and would tell me if there was any need of additional cleaning. Both started their tasks in professional ways. In between, Grant asked me if we needed the service to clean the dryer vent with half of the listed cost. I hesitated and accepted with reservation. Will this be additional cost for an unnecessary service? At the end, it turned out to be a big surprise for me. Our dryer vent had a lot of junk inside. It took extra effort from Grant and Autumn to get the vent clean. Now I breath much comfortable inside our house. Our dryer will function more efficiently. Many thanks to both Grant and Autumn.

Residential heating and air was great. I had a furnace and air conditioner installed. I had 4 bids done. They were affordable, honest and didn't give me a sales presentation. They completed the work in a timely manner and followed through on exactly what they said they would. I would refer anyone to them.
first off I normally do not take the time and energy to write a review but I was so impressed with this company I had to. I woke up Monday morning and my furnace was not working I made the call to residential heating they had a service person at my home within two hours. the serviceman was clean and friendly and had the problem fixed within 20 minutes. From the person who answered the phone to the final bill (very reasonable) I was 100% satisfied. I highly recommend this company.

First used them last summer to fix my mom's AC during a big heat stretch. Crucial that they fixed her AC so she wouldn't be stuck in the heat that night. They arrived exactly on time and fixed the problem quickly. It is really enjoyable to work with a company that just does good work and can be trusted. It was a no brainer to use them again to clean my vents recently. Thanks for the great work again!
We hired Residential for duct cleaning. The whole experience was very possitive. The office staff was very friendly and worked with my schedule. The technician who came out was very friendly, thorough and clean. I will call on them again and have already recommended them to friends.
I was very impressed with this company. Not only did they give me a reasonable price on a new furnace, but they also cleaned my vents so well I dont have the dust build up on my furniture and floors that I use to. I highly recommend these guys!
