Very pleased. Great in every way. Had my 1986 Whirlpool furnace replaced finally. I had researched what unit I wanted to get to replace it, a Goodman 96% efficient unit. They said no problem, but also said Daikin has a great promo going this year, you'll get the same unit with an even better warranty (Daikin owns Goodman). The bid came in the best of the 3 I got. They were on the job fast, new unit was in within 2 days of me signing contract. Love the new Daikin, small quiet, and tested 97% efficient with ambient air at around 70 degrees. Inspectors came from city and for the electric, passed no problem. After the rebates from the utility company the final price was really not bad at all, especially considering how efficient this thing is. To top it off the warranty is great too, 2 years full parts and labor, 12 years parts from Daiken, Heat Exchanger has a lifetime warranty from Daikin. If you're getting bids for a new furnace in the metro I highly recommend you get one from Residential. Dan W

We had a great experience working with residential Heating and Air Conditioning. Residential redid our basement and 1st floor duct work, and put in a new furnace and AC. Pricing was great and the lowest of 5 other bids we received. While the project was pushed back by a few days and took a few days longer than anticipated, I couldn't be happier with the work. It's clean, and very well done. Our house was no simple refit, we switched the supplys, reworked old 3 way vents and had many twists and turns. While originally hoping I could do it my self, I know we made the right decision in having residential come out. Shout out to George, Tony and Bob. If you want a team to do it right the first time. These are your guys. Thanks!

I've had numerous furnace and AC units installed by Residential Heating and Air and I've been completely satisfied every time. Great customer service with the staff and prompt response times with the projects. Will be calling them again if needed.

Our AC went out over the Memorial Day weekend. We sent a message through the website and got a call back from Chris (the owner) who said that he was heading into do some paperwork on Memorial Day and would be happy to come by to check it out. He was on time and within an hour (even with driving to Carrier to pick up the necessary part) our AC was back on! Exemplary service EVERY time!!! We highly recommend Residential.

Best in town! Their customer service is outstanding! Our furnace needed to be replaced at the start of the biggest snowstorm this year and they had a new furnace in and running just in time. Great follow-up and professional staff! Highly recommend!

Had both my furnaces In my commercial building go out during negative temps. Chris personally came out to diagnose and fix my them. One needed a new part that was ordered and replaced the next day by Ricky. I will be using them in the future. I appreciate the professional and knowledgeable service!
