We hired Residential to install our new system a couple years ago, which went great. Since then a few minor service calls and an annual checkup, as well as prompt service to deliver replacement filters. The team is always polite and meets its promises on showing up.

My experience was nothing less than fantastic. Dave was professional - answered all my questions - was on time and his team installed a new ductless system and it works perfect and we would highly recommend Dave and Residential Heating and air!

I had a great experience using Residential Heating and Air to install 2 mini split heatpumps at some apartment units I own. Chris came out to go over some options, gave me a quote on the spot and scheduled the install within a week. The install was on time and went smoothly. The installers worked out different options for locating the equipment that was both functional and aesthetically pleasing. I would use them again in a heartbeat.
Checked the inside units and rinsed off the outside unit. Kevin was very professional and nice. Rated a 4 instead of a 5 as our hoses were used and not put back the way they were found not that they were really organized, but I grew up if you use people's things you return them the way you found them or better.
Chris and his team proved to be a great choice to install a new furnace/AC system in my home. They were a great group to deal with - upfront, honest, quality work, priced fairly, and responsive with follow up. I wouldn't hesitate to choose them again. Quality outfit.
A/C went out during a 90 degree heatwave, Called Chris at Residential Heating and Air as well as two others. Got an Estimate on a Friday, lower then the the other two , they installed on Tuesday, very happy with price, quality and professionalism of the installers. Had the same experience 5 years ago with my furnace. Highly recommend !!!
Residential Heating did a great job for us recently by replacing our old AC unit with a new one. Everything was done in a timely manner, from the installers, crane operator and electricians. They also cleaned up after themselves. I do recommend this company.
