Jarrod and Tony came out for a small, 3 vent job, at our house. Even on something small like this they really took the time to find a solution that worked for us. They know their stuff, showed up exactly when they said they would and got it done. It's hard to find good people these days and we were glad to have them. 10/10 would recommend and hire again.
This company was so easy to work with from meeting with Chris to completion of the job (which was only a couple of days). They replaced our furnace exhaust stack pipe and our old furnace and air conditioner the same day. The workers were all really professional and the job was top notch. Everybody I have talked to has said we really got a great price. I will be referring everybody I know that has furnace or A/C problems to Residential Heating and Air Conditioning. We could not be happier with the job.

I would definitely hire this company again for duct cleaning. The service person Nate did a very thorough job with the Roto duct clean and an excellent job of cleaning up afterward. He was also a polite and friendly.
We had a furnace installed in September and were offered a duct cleaning. Today we had the duct cleaning completed by Nate. He was on time, courtesy, professional and did a great job! Thank you

I had some trouble with my AC unit this year and called Res heat & air they came out immediately and fixed the problem and made it an enjoyable summer for my family.
I have used Dave 3 separate times for 3 different properties and he and the company are extremely professional, courteous, on time, clean, and do a terrific job. I never think twice when someone asks if I know anyone in this line of work. Good job guys, keep it up!
Our family had our furnace and ac replaced back in the spring. AC and furnace are so quiet and wow what a difference in our electric bills this summer.
Quick response and professional service. Met with the Chris (salesperson/estimator/operations/owner). He was patient and had extensive knowledge of HVAC equipment and how to assess our needs. He didn't try to oversell and was candid about what was needed and what was not needed. On the day of installation they were on the job early and Chris assisted his team with installation. It was fun to watch them use the crane to remove the old unit and carefully add the new curb adapter and 5-ton unit. Installation took a total of about 4 hours. Would definitely recommend.
