I just bought a new home and sadly I needed a new furnace but it was much less painful because I selected Residential Heating and Air.
The customer service here is top notch. The gentleman who installed my new unit, Chad, was professional, knowledgeable, courteous, considerate and just a pleasure to have in my home. I had a ton of questions and Chad answered them patiently and in a way that I could understand.
Fantastic customer service and value is hard to come by. You wont be disappointed if you use this company. The outstanding level of service started with the person who answered my initial phone call and just continued on.

When buying my home, I had the task of removing the huge octopus furnace and ended up going with Residential Heating & Air. They did an amazing job, their price was competitive, everyone was friendly and I didn't have to do anything but let them in the house. Would recommend to anyone needing heating/air conditioning work!
Great experience! Chris came out right away to give an estimate and set up appointment for installation of AC. Chad showed up exactly when he said he would and the job took as long as predicted. This is not my first ideal experience with Residential. I've had repairs done with them before and a new furnace at two homes. Very fair price and totally professional and friendly service. I highly recommend Residential Heating and Air.
