I had a new HVAC system installed by Residential Heating and Air Conditioning in early October 2023, and I couldn't be happier with the overall experience. The customer service has been amazing from start to finish.
There were a couple of hiccups with the contracted electrician, who initially failed to wire the furnace to the thermostat correctly. This issue was resolved in December. Additionally, the electrician didn't wire the A/C at all, which we discovered when we first tried to use it in May 2024.
Despite these setbacks, the company's response was outstanding. I called their emergency line on a Saturday in May, and the owner's wife answered. She was an absolute delight and provided top-notch customer service. The owner himself came out to fix the A/C. After a couple of hours of work, he was able to rewire and get the unit up and running.
The owner cares about his customers' experience and their overall well-being. He is personal and wonderful to work with. As a new homeowner, I've also called their customer service line multiple times with basic questions about the equipment. Each time, they've been phenomenal, offering clear and helpful advice.
Customer service here is a 10/10, and I would highly recommend Residential Heating and Air Conditioning to anyone shopping around for a new HVAC system.
