Let me know the filter we were using was the wrong size, the furnace had previously been serviced by our gas company and their tech put a sticker on the furnace stating that we needed a 4" wide filter when it actually needs a 5" filter. Thanks Frank!

Residential Heating & Air Conditioning has been performing annual tune-ups for our furnace and A/C since they installed the equipment in 2008. Their technician, Dane, arrived today on time and was very polite and professional. He has a great deal of experience and shared useful information about the condition and maintenance of the equipment including why it is critical to replace filters regularly. He also provided ideas for sources for convenient purchase of filters at a very reasonable cost which will encourage more frequent replacement.
Mike was on time, diligently analyzes the problem circumstances, fixed them and provided the documentation at a reasonable price. I'm grateful.
Very quick fix of an AC unit. The tech found the issue quickly and had the repair complete in less than an hour.
Our A/C went out right in the mode of a hot streak and we had Chris come out to look at everything and give us a quote just to compare to the company that had been servicing our HVAC, and from whom we already received a quote. He was so helpful in answering out questions and concerns and gave us some great advice when it cam to what size and efficiency would suit us. After we had decided on the equipment Chirs was able to whip up a quote for us and without seeing the other quote Chris was nearly $7k less than than the other company and it included the thermostat and a better warranty. The crew came 2 days later and swapped it all out and it was up and running by 4 that day. I can't say how impressed I was with the professionalism and speed of Chris and his crew at Residential Heating and Air. Absolutely fantastic and I would highly recommend having them out to help with your HVAC needs
