Second time using these guys services to replace an AC unit they were able to fit me in for a faster delivery time then xcel energy could. also they came back to install the thermostat that they did not have on hands the first time they were there.

The crew at Residential was fantastic, from quote through install. Our 20-yr old A/C unit crashed on the hottest day of the year and Residential was out within 3 hours - gave a much better quote than the competitors and the install was very quick and painless. Thank you!
Sales just knew what was needed. Upon hearing our needs and concerns, sales recommended the split unit that is now working for us. No hard sales pitch, they listened and articulated the best system for our needs. Installation crew was fantastic! They were very communicative with each step taken, and when they needed to contact us, they did so, promptly. They cleaned up after the install, and made sure I knew how to run the system. Very pleased with our purchase.

Chris and his crew are very nice & professional. My furnace went out right before New Year's Eve on a below freezing day and replaced my furnace immediately. I was extremely grateful for such quick service. This week in July right before a very hot week again they responded quickly and replaced my air conditioner. The crew was polite and cleaned up everything leaving the space looking wonderful. I called today due to some vibration noises coming from the new air conditioner unit outside and they are coming today to remedy this. I would highly recommend Residential Heating and Air for any of your HVAC needs!
We use Residential Heating and Air for all our properties, just today we needed a recharge on an old A/C, and it was handled quickly and professionally. They even set up the appointment with the tenant so I didn't have to be there myself!
They were excellent. Don was their representative and he was professional and very nice. The installers came on time and coordinated with the electrician. The central air is working great!
Our 18-year old central AC stopped cooling. We had Centerpoint look at it and they said they could charge the system with refrigerant for $350 and see how long it works.
We decided to get quotes on replacing the AC and called Centerpoint, Bonfe, and Residential Heating and Air.
Centerpoint and Bonfe both noted a limited space for a coil above the furnace noting they would not want to do any adjustments to the plenum.
Chris from Residential came out and said, "I'm not worried about the space, my guys will make the right equipment fit." Chris did an assessment of our cooling needs and submitted a great quote for Carrier equipment.
Chris also said since they didn't have any install dates available for a couple weeks, he would get our current AC running for no charge while we waited if we went with him.
We were very impressed with Chris' attitude compared to Bonfe and Centerpoint!
Since the furnace was over 18 years old as well, we decided to replace both instead of waiting for the furnace to conk out in the middle of winter. Residential Heating and Air came out on time and the install went very smooth. Our AC is now running great and we will enjoy a lot of peace of mind with 10-year parts and labor warranties.
