We called for a second opinion on an older AC unit. Will showed up and was very courteous, professional, and friendly. Talked through the potential problems with the system, ran some tests, and set our minds at ease for the time being. We will be calling Residential Heating and Air Conditioning when our AC finally kicks it.
What a great service call and check up for our HVAC unit! Jeremiah was excellent! Very knowledgeable, and very friendly and courteous. He reviewed some excellent recommendations for upgrades for our unit. I would highly recommend him.
We had Luke come out to our house to fix our AC/Heat Ductless unit, it was a large job & required him to come out a few times. He over communicated & was very helpful and professional during the entire process. I would absolutely recommend using them, don't waste your time searching for any other company.
We had Hudson from residential heating and air come out to our house this past week to fix our new air conditioner. He was incredibly helpful in getting down to the issue and quickly finding a solution to fix it. He did have to return the next day to do a follow up due to our air conditioner freezing over, but he was timely and kindly explained the entire situation to us so we could prevent it from happening again in the future.
He also followed up a few few days later to make sure that everything was working and answer any additional questions. It's not very often that you get exceptional customer service, where someone is patient and goes beyond your minimum expectations to fix a problem and ensure you understand it going forward.

Jeremiah came by and evaluated our A/C system. Ends up it needs replacing. He was extremely professional in presenting options for the new system. Plus we get the new install tomorrow morning, bonus! Jeremiah rocks!
