Great work!!!

If there were 6 stars, we'd give them that. Bravo. The technician we had was very thorough in explaining what was happening with our current furnace and what options we had to fix the problem. He also let us know issues he spotted with the install of the original furnace that caused our furnace to not function properly. In the end, we are very satisfied with the result, the process, and the people we worked with at Residential to get us back up and running.

Cody was awesome. Helped fix my furnace and get the heat back on in my apartment. Super friendly too, highly recommend. 5/5



We have been with Residential since 2013. Today Bret and Charlie did an install and once again they were on time, efficient and skilled. This company continues to deliver excellent service from top at bottom....and at competitive pricing.

Residential came out to service my boiler in November 2024. Kody Lamb, the boiler technician, proactively changed the Flame Sensor component, after we couldn't get it cleaned thoroughly due to buildup. This gave us piece of mind that the system wouldn't shut down unexpectedly in winter due to an erroneous flame sensor reading. He also changed out the relief valve, which appeared to be leaking due to a prior release, in the past. We're interested in keeping our boiler going as long as possible, and these steps hopefully helped.

Luke, Charlie, Brett and the entire team were reliable, responsive, and professional. It is never good to hear that your furnace needs to be replaced, but Residential responded and had the problem resolved within 2 days with fair pricing and loaner space heaters! We've been with them for years and will continue to rely upon this local and professional team.
