Kody did a great job.
Today I had the pleasure of meeting Kody Lamb who came out for an AC tune up. Kody was very warm, kind, and knowledgeable. I greatly appreciated all of the information he passed onto me & he was very professional. I have only been a member of Res Heating and AC for just under a year or so now but have always been satisfied with their service whenever they come out.
It was very easy to set the appointment and the technicians Brett and Chad were very professional, friendly and on time. Would recommend this company and the technicians.
Residential Heating and Air Conditioning has done a great job of taking care of my equipmentment for years now and my most recent experience was no different. The tech was thorough, knowledge and explained things clearly. He is clearly passionate about both what he does and doing it well.

I want to sincerely thank Kodi for his exceptional work on our AC unit. It broke down during a particularly hot day, and the timing couldn't have been worse. Kodi arrived promptly, was incredibly respectful and professional, and quickly diagnosed and repaired the issue. What stood out most was how clearly he communicated everything, he took the time to walk me through the problem and offered a few smart solutions. I genuinely appreciated his calm and confident presence during a stressful situation. Highly recommend both Kodi and the company he represents. Outstanding service!
