Charlie and Brett did a great job, granted taking out the old furnace I imagine was a chore, but they did a great job, and explained everything great
I was experiencing issues with my furnace not kicking in and yet when I called for service a few weeks ago was told maybe it was the filter. Changed the filter and it seemed to work again. However a few weeks later it was causing concerns again.
Had originally been told it wouldn't be easy to determine the cause of the problem if it was running ok. Just felt uneasy and called again. Thankfully when I called again was comforted by Dionne that she would send someone out to make sure there wasn't something "glaringly" wrong.
Kody showed up a little later. Shook my hand when he entered my home and introduced himself. Already I was impressed. After inspecting the furnace he showed me the part that was causing the problem and said he could clean it and then the fact that I had a gas leak in the pipe leading to my water heater! He also fixed that! I was so thrilled that my appt was really necessary and that Kody was so capable in discerning what the problem was and then fixing it! Very impressive young man and very happy the furnace is working great and the gas leak I didn't know I had is gone. Wow, thank you Residential Heating!!

I called several companies to fix our boiler duing a cold winter day and they were the quickest to respond and stop by so I went with them. Cody was super great. He was relaxed and naturally likeable. He explained what the issue was and gave me a few options on how to fix it. He drove across town right away to get the part he needed and rushed back to repair our heater within the hour. He took extra time to show me what he did and gave us free advice. Will use again. And I hope we get Cody again.

If there were 6 stars, we'd give them that. Bravo. The technician we had was very thorough in explaining what was happening with our current furnace and what options we had to fix the problem. He also let us know issues he spotted with the install of the original furnace that caused our furnace to not function properly. In the end, we are very satisfied with the result, the process, and the people we worked with at Residential to get us back up and running.
