Update June 11, 2025: Luke Hanson stopped by today to service our mini split AC units. He did an excellent job. He took the covers off the interior head units and cleaned out the filters. He also took the top off of the exterior fan unit, saw a bunch of Cottonwood pollen, and hosed off the unit to keep it clean and running efficiently. He showed me before and after pictures. Luke said all standard annual check ups should include this, but I know not every tech does this. Luke did and it was greatly appreciated. We have the annual maintenance plan with Residential, and this service did not include any upcharge or additional fee. Was a great experience.
Residential came out to service my boiler in November 2024. Kody Lamb, the boiler technician, proactively changed the Flame Sensor component, after we couldn't get it cleaned thoroughly due to buildup. This gave us piece of mind that the system wouldn't shut down unexpectedly in winter due to an erroneous flame sensor reading. He also changed out the relief valve, which appeared to be leaking due to a prior release, in the past. We're interested in keeping our boiler going as long as possible, and these steps hopefully helped.

We had routine maintenance done on our furnace and ac. Kody did a through investigation on each unit and found several issues. He did an excellent job of explaining what was wrong, why it needed to be fixed, and he had pricing information available. We fixed some of the issues, and we will have Residential Heating and Air back out soon to fix the remaining issues.
I found Kody to be polite, friendly, and professional. I felt comfortable having him in my home.
This company also has excellent customer service, and they seem to train their employees not just in how to do the job, but also in how to treat their clients.
