Our A/C unit went this summer a couple of weeks ago. We got a couple of quotes but they seemed high. We had Residential come out and their bid was very reasonable. They also were able to install a new unit the next day!! Everyone from their support staff to the installers were very nice to work with! I will be using them from now on for any heating and cooling related issues. Thank you to everyone at Residential!!
Jake was out today to deal with problems with my new (as of Oct) furnace/ac unit. He not only identified and fixed the problem, he took the time to go over some important things I need to know about the unit and how to keep it running properly. He's the best!!!
Our A/C unit was not working. It continued to turn off after about 3 or 4 hours. We called Residential Heating & Air and they were able to come out and figure out what the problem was and then fix the problem. Our techs were great(Jake & Luke)! Thank you.
Jake and Luke serviced our central air and furnace today. They did an excellent job and answered all our questions. He was very patient with us and he explained thoroughly how to adjust our humidifier. My husband was surprised at all they did and it was well worth every penny. I thought we needed a water panel and Jake assured us we didn't and he saved us $40.00.
My AC stopped working and they came out the next day to diagnose. It was a broken capacitor which they fixed right away. They were here maybe 45 minutes, quick and easy. The tech I worked with was friendly and I enjoyed chatting with him. The price was $413 for a $15 capacitor, labor and trip charge, so not the cheapest company to work with, but the work was done well and my house is cold again. I'm happy.
We recently replaced our homes air conditioning mini splits, installed by Residential. They were requested recently to address an error code that shut down our units. Ugh. Jake Hruby responded and diligently and meticulously pursued the remedy. We are quite satisfied with his efforts.
Brett and Charlie installed a new furnace and AC unit for us, just a day after we reported having issues. They were great to work with, left the house nice and clean, gave us updates throughout the install process and gave us a thorough walkthrough of all the work.
