Our air conditioner stopped working. Residential Heating and Air Conditioning were able to send someone out to fix it on the same day. Kody came out, diagnosed, and fixed a worn out part. This is only one of the reasons we have been customers for 20 years. Thanks!
We had a great experience with Linnea. She was a great communicator and knew what she was doing. She checked our existing Carrier system and our Daikin mini split and made a couple of good suggestions so we are all set to go. Thanks for a job well done!

Today I had the pleasure of meeting Kody Lamb who came out for an AC tune up. Kody was very warm, kind, and knowledgeable. I greatly appreciated all of the information he passed onto me & he was very professional. I have only been a member of Res Heating and AC for just under a year or so now but have always been satisfied with their service whenever they come out.
It was very easy to set the appointment and the technicians Brett and Chad were very professional, friendly and on time. Would recommend this company and the technicians.
