The furnace in my condo had a crack in the heat exchanger and was red tagged. I got proposals from several HVAC companies. Most had long lead times due to supply chain issues or a booked schedule. Residential Heating and Air was the last company I contacted. I was immediately impressed by the great customer service and the attentiveness to my needs. Chris, the owner, came over himself to assess the situation. He was able to find a Magic Pak unit that fit the limited space and put together a very competitive proposal. First contact to installation was just under two weeks, which exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend this company for your HVAC needs.

I've been extremely impressed with Residential. When we needed a bid on a new furnace, Dave provided us with a professional and informative visit. He wasn't pushy, and his numbers were competitive. I appreciated that, and we moved forward. Installation was professional, and when they ran into an issue that was going to cost us more (one way or another), they provided us with good options. Not pushy at all. Practical and straightforward. My interactions with the office have also been friendly and efficient. I'm glad we went with Residential.

They were great. Arrived when they said they would be here. Got my ducts all cleaned out before I had them install a new furnace/AC and thermostat. Everything looks very professional. Plus they were BY FAR the cheapest quote we got. Dave helped us get the ball rolling and was awesome. Would highly recommend.

Almost 4 months later, our Lennox AC system is working well, passing all inspections, and saving us from the heat! Damien- our installer- did a stellar job! I was impressed with his knowledge, attention to detail, and overall expertise. The result of the install looks professional and clean. He is a keeper for your company and definitely worth a raise!

Our Sales rep was knowledeable and opened my mind to the different brands. However, we did incur an issue with the first install. Being quoted and contracted for a full Lennox system, I was shocked to find that we got something else instead. Initially thinking the ADP Coil was a part of Lennox, I had come to learn that it was a completely different brand. Apparently, the original Lennox Coil was one size too small. Due to the right size Lennox Coil being out of stock, the ADP Coil was put in instead. The downfall was that this was done without my knowledge or consent. When I confronted the Sales Rep, it was disappointing that he claimed he was "unaware" and took no accountability. A word of advice for others, before they seal off the indoor coil, check to make sure the right one was installed!

Giving credit to Renee', she had heard my concerns and did make it right. By thinking outside the box, she was able to come up with a solution with a Cased Lennox Coil that was in stock. Damien was back for round 2, removing the ADP and installing the Lennox coil successfully. Renee' is a lifesaver for the company. Her discussions with me were genuine, and she made me feel as customer that they would do anything to make it right! Thank you Renee'! You also deserve a raise!

The point of my review is to be transparent- for both the owners of Residential Heating and Air and future customers. I get the sense that the owner would have never approved how the first install was handled. Ultimately, it was corrected. Backed by a 10 year warranty, I believe they are a 5 star company!
