Great company and when they are onsite, the technicians are great. They are easy to work with on scheduling as well. I gave a 4 star because follow through seems to be an issue. Needed a follow up visit for an issue, after 4 months, I had to call to get that scheduled. Also since install, the ionizer was never hooked up, asked about that 4 times and they said the electrician needs to come out, finally the last tech installed it. 1 year and a half to get it hooked up. So that is really the only concern, you end up having do the follow up scheduling. No offense, but I have enough on my plate, I should not have to do that too. Overall great company and solid work.
