Kody was out to do our winter furnace check. He got our questions answered related to our Infinity thermostat system after a short call with the tech support line. When he was done he gave us a good summary of our system status. He is very knowledgeable and friendly. We've been using Residential since we moved here and have no plans to change providers.

Today we had a furnace tune up. Jeremiah Y. did a fantastic job. The technology used was impressive, as was Jeremiah's knowledge and use of it! Great work!
Our furnace was installed by Residential almost exactly one year ago ... and its been perfect ... efficient ... money saving ... and oh so quiet ... winter and summer.

Jeremiah was great! He was able to work around my work schedule, even though it meant coming by multiple times in a week! He was able to lay out all of the concerns and offer a variety of options for solutions, answered questions, and was great with my dog while he was here too.
I went on the website, reported my issue and received a phone call on a Sunday. They scheduled an appointment for the very next morning. Text messages with technicians appointment info - their communication is always good. Kody arrived on time and efficiently diagnosed the issues, picked up replacements, and fixed in about two hours start to finish. We have been customers for 12 years and am impressed by this well-run business.
Our family is thankful to them and we would highly recommend if you are new to the area.
Luke kept me updated on his arrival time. He was actually able to come earlier, which was great. He throughly explained what he was going to do before he started. He answered my question about different filter options. Luke was very professional and pleasant to talk to. There was no mess when he was done.
