Residential was fantastic. We had them install a heat pump and three mini split units in our 100 year-old house in Minneapolis. Chris was extremely responsive with the quote and helped us understand all of our options. Chad and the crew showed up exactly on time and did the entire install in a single day. They were very respectful and great to work with. I wholeheartedly recommend them. We had two other companies quote the job. All three were very similar in price. Residential had the best customer experience and follow-through.
Kody was great, our problem was simple, but he still took the time to walk me through the whole system and answer all of my questions regarding the system as a new home owner.
