Residential Heating and Air Conditioning Forms New Relationship with The Humanity Alliance
Thursday, May 20th, 2021MINNEAPOLIS – May 20, 2021 – Residential Heating and Air Conditioning is proud to announce its new relationship with The Humanity Alliance, a non-profit organization in Victoria, Minnesota. Residential Heating and Air Conditioning recently donated and installed Carrier furnaces and air conditioners in the organization’s facility.
Led by Founders Chris Kallstrom and Dean Kolner, Residential Heating and Air Conditioning donated and installed three Carrier furnaces and three air conditioners in The Humanity Alliance’s 6,000-square-foot facility. The change-outs and installations took place over three days in late April by technicians George and Alex. Residential Heating and Air provided the labor for installations at no cost to the non-profit.
Run by husband and wife team Greg and Heidi Pavett, The Humanity Alliance is a non-profit focused on serving communities with food insecurities and chronic disease, creating community-led solutions that have a lasting impact, unraveling disparities and inequities, and allowing everyone to thrive. The organization challenges traditional thinking about resource constraints within the community.
Working together with a community-based organization, funders, innovators, community members and entrepreneurs, the organization addresses and serves the systemic inequities that keep communities from thriving. The Humanity Alliance prepares food on-site and delivers it to people and families in need. They also provide shelter and housing for families for up to one year.
“I just want to thank Residential Heating and Air Conditioning, Dean and Chris. I just can’t thank them enough. They are angels that came down to help us. We started this journey to provide accessible housing to those in need, those looking to take that next step, and now we know that they are going to have their heating and cooling needs,” said Greg Pavett.
Residential Heating and Air Conditioning has a long history in Minneapolis and Saint Paul, Minnesota. Established in 1991, the company has become an established heating and cooling leader in the Twin Cities metro area, and now has 18 employees and over 100,000 customers.
